Daria has over eight years of experience providing HR leadership, coaching and support across multiple sites in Canada and the USA. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Advanced Diploma, Strategic HR Management, from Capilano University. She is a member of the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) and National Payroll associations.
Reporting to Allison Spicer, Director, Human Resources, Daria will provide both day-to-day and strategic HR support to the WFW team with a primary focus on Western Canada. She will work closely with the WFW Human Resources, Education and Training, Payroll, Communications and Health and Safety teams on people-focused projects and initiatives, ensure legal compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
