Lea joined the Vancouver office in 2017 as Client Services and Marketing Coordinator, where she assisted the western sales and national marketing teams with various projects. In 2018, she joined the burgeoning digital team as Client Services and Salesforce Administrator. Later that year, she relocated to the Toronto office. Prior to joining the company, Lea held the position of Associate, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation Series for MaRS Discovery District, where she maintained the company’s Salesforce database and increased overall brand awareness through data analysis, thought leadership pieces, and event marketing.
